Terms & Conditions

  • Here at Easy Choice Motors, we strive to provide the best customer service and a seamless car buying experience for our customers. All of our cars come with a minimum of three months nationwide warranty and a fresh service, unless a service record is present from less than 3000 miles ago. 
  • Before entering in a contract with us, please ensure that you have thorougly inspected the vehicle and are happy with the general bodywork and overall condition.
  • Even though we try our utmost best to fix any issues, they are used cars at the end of the day. Please reach out to us if you have any issues with your vehicle, either by calling us on 01633922034, or emailing us at ecmotors777@gmail.com, or by writing to us at Easy Choice Motors, Compound G, Mill Parade, Newport, NP20 2JR. We will make our best effort to resolve the issue for you and make our vehicle ‘fit for purpose’.
  • Consumer has a right to cancel the contract within 14 days of the purchase, at anytime, for any reason, and get a full refund for the price of the vehicle. Any charges paid towards warranty or additional add-ons will not be refunded.
  • If the vehicle has been driven over 100 miles prior to return, a charge of £1 per mile would be incurred upon return. There is no charge if the vehicle is returned due to a fault in the vehicle.
  • All vehicles are to be paid in full before leaving our premises.
  • For any good delivered to you, we remain responsible for the goods until the consumer, or someone they have nominated, takes possession of them.
  • Buyer has the right to have all vehicles inspected by AA inspection or any third party, prior to purchase. The vehicle will not be allowed to be to taken out of the premises except for test drives. Any onsite inspections are welcome.

  • In a rare situation where you must return the car to us, an appropriate admin fee will be charged to cover for the costs of the transaction.
