Terms & Conditions

  • All cars above 100k miles are sold as spares and repairs.
  • The buyer is responsible to check the car before taking of site we DO NOT give any warranties or guarantees with any vehicle.
  • Handler protect warranties are to be deal with them.
  • Once the vehicle has been taken from our site we DO NOT take back any vehicles, no refund will be given.
  • All holding and delivery deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • We will not accept any claims made once vehicle has left our premises.
  • Buyer has the right to have all vehicles we have professionally inspected by approved mechanics only.
  • Commercial vehicles/taxi vehicles DO NOT come with any sort of warranty or guarantee
  • If a personal vehicle is used as a commercial one handler protect will void all warranties on the vehicle.
  • In a rare situation where you must return the car to us, an appropriate admin fee will be charged to cover for the costs of the transaction.
